Staffing is a priority on Primrose with a higher ratio of staff to residents. The staff on Primrose is dedicated to special needs, and supports the Alzheimer's Association through the annual "Memory Walk." Also, several staff members have completed or are enrolled in the Rocky Mountain Alzheimer's Association's Learning Institute for Certification in Dementia Care Program.
